Attach the necessary paperwork, such as a copy of your passport and Emirates ID.

Use your email address to register on the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners' Affairs (GDFRA) website.

Use your username to log in.

Select "Services."

To issue a residency visa, click this link.

Select "Foreign Worker Visa Issuance Associated with Employment Contract."

Additionally, your sponsor may use the Customer Happiness Center to apply for a new entry permit.

Utilizing the queuing system, obtain a ticket.

Send the completed application and any required paperwork to the customer support agent.

Pay any necessary service fees.

Conditions:

The application needs to be sent from a foreign location.

After being outside the nation for 180 days, you can submit an application for this request.

If you plan to be abroad for longer than 180 days, you must give a good explanation.

You will be assessed a fine of Dh100 for each 30-day period or less that you were abroad.

If, on the other hand, you are a resident of Dubai and have spent more than 180 days abroad, you will only be required to begin paying for the days following the expiration of your 180-day grace period.

After filing the application, your resident visa must have more than 30 days left on it.

If an establishment is sponsoring you, the establishment or you may submit your application.

You will only receive a refund of the fines if your claim is denied.

If your application is accepted, you have 30 days from the acceptance date to enter the nation.

Application cost:

The application price for a new permit entrance is Dh200, with the possibility of an additional Dh420 if the permit was obtained through customer satisfaction centers like Amer. It is important to remember that the entire cost of the charge could change based on your situation.

Exemption from fines:

You will not be required to pay the fines if, despite having spent more than 180 days outside of the United Arab Emirates, your residency status remains "active" and has at least 30 days remaining on it.
