The launch of the new number was marked by a ceremony attended by Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, and Ahmed Juma Al Musharrekh, Chief Officer of Rafid, along with several officers and officials from both organizations. This collaboration highlights the joint efforts of Sharjah Police and Rafid to improve the quality and efficiency of services provided to the public.

During the launch event, Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi emphasized that the introduction of the new number is part of the continuous efforts by Sharjah Police and Rafid Automotive Solutions to enhance their readiness and provide exceptional services to customers promptly.
