Beginning on Tuesday (May 28) and continuing until Thursday (May 30), the authorities in Sharjah have stated that there will be a temporary traffic diversion on Emirates Road (E611), which is located close to the Al Budaiya Interchange.
The Ministry of Energy and Infrastructure (MOEI) distributed a map showing the closure of the right lane of the service road for travelers heading from Sharjah to Dubai until Thursday (May 30).
The authority strongly encouraged drivers to observe the speed restriction and drive in accordance with the directional signs.

The Sharjah authorities have announced that they will be lowering the speed restrictions on several highways in the city.
Meanwhile, on May 25, the Transport Authority in Sharjah announced a reduction in speed limits on two important routes, namely Al Ittihad and Al Wahda.
The new restriction will require drivers to maintain a speed of 80 kilometers per hour instead of 100.
The authorities conducted a similar speed restriction exercise on the road connecting Sharjah and Al Garhoud Bridge in November of the previous year. The authorities reduced the speed limits from 100 kilometers per hour to 80 kilometers per hour.
