In Dubai, efforts are underway to explore the possibility of citizens working from home or with flexible hours.

To ease traffic jams, Dubai is studying residents' remote, flexible work options.

In an effort to alleviate traffic congestion, Dubai is conducting research on the remote and flexible job possibilities available to its people.

Rta tries to ease traffic congestion in Dubai.

The RTA will use the survey's information to identify opportunities to enhance traffic flow and reduce congestion. We administered the survey to personnel working in the private sector.

In an effort to alleviate the problems caused by traffic congestion in Dubai, the Road and Transport Authority (RTA) is soliciting comments from motorists in order to make direct efforts to address the problem.

A new study in Dubai to chose flexible work systems.

The Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) has launched a comprehensive study targeting individuals in the private sector. The purpose of this survey is to obtain information about traffic movement patterns, specifically investigating the possible influence of flexible work hours and remote working setups.

Given the influence that 'flexible work hours' and'remote working' practices have on lowering traffic congestion, particularly during rush hours, the RTA believes that the comments will be helpful in expanding the implementation of these practices.

The authority responsible for transportation wrote: "The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), in cooperation with other relevant entities in Dubai, is undertaking (as part of its efforts to manage traffic movement and reduce traffic congestion) a study to understand the current situation in the private sector in relation to 'flexible work hours' and'remote working'."

The RTA has announced a prize draw for those who complete the survey, aiming to encourage participation. Residents who are interested in taking part in the study have the opportunity to fill out the designated field with their name, phone number, or email address.

We will question participants about the number of official working days per week, the number of hours per day, whether the organization has a flexible working start window, and whether a policy regarding remote work is currently in place.

We request the respondents to share their perspectives on various work policies that their respective firms could implement. One example of such a policy is compressed working schemes, which involve a minor rise in daily working hours and reduced working days or an increase in holidays by, for example, one additional day every two weeks.
