The Ministry of Education (Emirates Schools Establishment) submits a recommendation letter. The Golden Visa has a five-year expiration date; however, it may be extended if the student is enrolled in a major or college in the nation that needs longer than five years for study.

According to an Amer agent who spoke with Khaleej Times, students who visit an Amer branch—a semi-government organization—after receiving ICP nomination approval should anticipate a quicker application process for Golden Visas in Dubai.

Services for "residence for graduates of accredited universities outside the UAE" and "residency visa for graduates of accredited universities outside the UAE" were packaged together and cost Dh350 and Dh1250, respectively.

For Dh350 and Dh1250, respectively, service bundles are offered for the "residence entry permit for high school top-ranked students in the UAE" and the "residence permit for high school top-ranked students in the UAE."

UAE student visas are sponsored by parents.Parents can fund their children's studies. Residents may finance a female child's education until marriage at any age.

However, male children under the age of 25 may be sponsored by foreign residents. Male children under 25 can only be sponsored by their parents if they can show that they attended a university for at least a year.
