An Asian man tried to travel from Dubai airport to Korea, used a false passport, and then went to Dubai airport but was unable to travel because he had been arrested and punished by the Dubai court for forgery of the passport and visa.

Because he had been detained and sentenced by the Dubai court for forgery of his passport and visa, an Asian guy attempted to go from Dubai airport to Korea. He used a fake passport and then proceeded to Dubai airport, but he was unable to travel because he had been arrested.

The Dubai Criminal Court sentenced him to one month's imprisonment and deportation from the country after serving his sentence and confiscating the false document in his possession due to attempting to travel to Korea through Dubai airport with a false passport.

Police are arresting a passenger at Dubai airport.

The incident took place in the passenger lounge at Dubai International Airport last October, when an airline employee suspected a passenger's passport during the completion of his travel procedures and reported that he had questioned the accused about the authenticity of the passport data and the entry visa of Korea.

He added that the accused showed signs of fear and confusion: the incident was reported to the airport police station, the passport was handed over, and the accused was arrested. During the investigation, the accused denied that he had forged the passport and visa and claimed that they were obtained from the competent authorities and according to legal procedures.

The report of the Dubai police criminal lab, the forgery of the passport and the change of the photograph of its owner, as well as the falsification of visa data, which led the accused to confess during the court hearing, showed that a fugitive had been provided with the passport and that he wanted to travel to an Asian-Korean state.
