The premium automobile manufacturer, which recently made the announcement of a new real estate business that will be known as Mercedes-Benz Places, is collaborating with the premier Emirati developer Binghatti to produce its first residential structure. The spectacular high-rise will be developed in the centre of the city's downtown region, close to the Dubai Mall, the Museum of the Future, and the Burj Khalifa. It will have a height of roughly 1,118 feet above the city and will have a total of 65 floors.

"We are working alongside Mercedes-Benz to create the next generation of luxury residences." The Mercedes-Benz Places in Dubai will not only be a real estate development, but it will also put community and mobility at the centre of its design, thereby establishing a new standard for intelligent living.

It has been more than a year since the construction of the upcoming hypertower, as stated in a press statement. As far as we can tell from the preliminary rendering, the external profile of the building will be curved and will contain the Mercedes-Benz insignia, which is three points in length. The developer has formed a partnership with Jacob & Co., a luxury wristwatch and jewellery firm, in order to construct the developer's very first tower. Completion date or prices for new homes
