Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, the Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai, has made an announcement regarding the initiative introduced by "Dubai Residency" with the slogan "For you, we are here" at Dubai Festival City. This initiative will be conducted on a monthly basis across different regions of the Emirate of Dubai. It is a proactive service that enables customers to directly apply for any desired service through the platform.

This occurred during his visit to the "For You, We Are Here" advertising platform, which sought to acquaint clients in the Emirate of Dubai with its key offerings. The functional cadres responsible for the operation of the platform delivered a comprehensive presentation on the range of services they offer. These services encompass the smart application, the website, the provision of tourist visas, the establishment of institutional identity, the golden residency program, the entry permit service for companions and residents of Gulf Cooperation Council countries, and the children's passport platform.

Al Marri emphasized the importance of maintaining ongoing efforts in establishing direct communication with community members and enhancing their understanding of the highest service standards and the methods for accessing them, in alignment with international best practices. He further stated that the "We Come to You" initiative aims to facilitate swift and convenient access to all services for the customers. In order to improve the overall well-being and foster a sense of contentment among individuals.

The speaker highlighted that the campaign is regarded as a proactive initiative aimed at enhancing client accessibility and addressing their inquiries more efficiently.

During the campaign, "Dubai Residency" offered an engaging and interactive experience for children. The cartoon characters, Salem and Salama, warmly greeted the children and facilitated a range of recreational activities such as drawing and capturing souvenir photos with the characters.
