According to data and price lists released by Boeing, a copy of which Emirates Today was able to get, the aircraft received by the Emirati carrier are worth more than $851 million (3.1 billion dirhams).

The data shows that the American corporation delivered two planes to Flydubai in January of last year, along with two more jets in February, as opposed to one plane in March, another in April, and another plane in June of this year.

More than 37% of all deliveries in the Middle East during the first half of this year were made by Flydubai.

According to the data, the American corporation delivered 19 aircraft to regional airlines, including seven aircraft to Flydubai.

The 15 Boeing Max 8 aeroplanes and four 787 Dreamliners were among the 15 aircraft delivered by the American corporation.

In total, Flydubai anticipates receiving 17 Boeing 737 MAX 8 aircraft in 2023, which means the airline will have to wait until the end of the year to obtain an additional 10 of the same model.

This information follows the delivery of 17 new aircraft to Flydubai in 2022, a record number in the company's history, and the carrier's fleet expansion of 25% over the prior year.

Data released by "Flydubai" shows that over the summer of this year, the airline, which has its base at Dubai International Airport, expanded the size of its fleet of aircraft by around 23.5%, going from flying 64 aircraft in the summer of last year to 79 aircraft this summer.
