Urgent: Abu Dhabi Police speed reduction system on Al Ain-Dubai road
On Saturday, the Abu Dhabi Police posted on its official "X" platform account that it was "activating the system to reduce speeds to 120 km/h on the Al Ain-Dubai road (Masaken - Karaa)."
Due to the inclement weather, police warned drivers to drive carefully.
As part of the request, drivers were requested to "commit to the changing speed shown on electronic signs and signboards."
On "X" (formerly Twitter), the National Centre of Meteorology in turn reported "heavy rain on the Al Ain-Dubai road."
