On May 1st, 2024, Etihad Airways will resume its flights to East Africa with the resumption of its daily service to Nairobi.
The new route will help establish crucial cultural and economic relations between the United Arab Emirates and the powerhouse in East Africa by connecting Kenya's capital with Etihad's expanding global network.
The flights will reestablish commercial non-stop passenger connections between the two cities, and tourists from Kenya will be able to connect with Etihad aircraft to destinations in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), the United States of America (USA), Europe, and South-East Asia.

Etihad will begin operating daily flights to Nairobi using a contemporary Airbus A320 aircraft, The aircraft will feature both Business Class and Economy Class cabins in addition to the airline's acclaimed level of service.
