The Industrialist Career Fair represents an essential step forward in promoting Emirati talent within the industry and advanced technology sectors. Additionally, the fair enjoys the support and involvement of critical government bodies such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MoHRE), the Emirati Talent Competitiveness Council (Nafis), the Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development (ADDED), and the ADNOC Group.

Training programs like these are provided by organizations like the Centre of Excellence for Applied Research and Training (CERT) and the Abu Dhabi Vocational Education and Training Institute (ADVETI) to give Emirati youth a chance to succeed in the industrial sector.
