Entities permitted to collect donations in the UAE

No other party may establish or organize or any act with the aim of collecting donations except after obtaining a permit to do so from the competent authority. This restriction applies to both traditional and digital methods of fundraising. by organizations that have been granted permission to collect donations and licensed to accept donations.
