Penalty for delaying payment of the recruitment amount when the worker stops working

In the case that licensed recruitment offices fail to comply with the legislation, they risk being subject to a number of monetary fines.
When the worker's employment is terminated, there is a fee for delaying payment of the recruitment amount.
If the office does not comply with returning all or part of the recruitment amount to the employer within the period specified in the regulations (two weeks from the date of the domestic worker's return to the domestic labor recruitment office, or from the date of reporting his absence from work.), a fine of 2,000 dirhams will be imposed (for each case).
Penalty for violating the recruitment office’s dealings with unlicensed parties in the Emirates
Disciplinary action for engaging in business with unauthorized companies in the Emirates in violation of the recruitment office's policies and procedures, If the recruitment office deals with any employment agency, person, office, or entity that is not licensed in the country or in the country from which the assistant worker is recruited, or if the recruitment office deals with any of the external parties that the Ministry prohibits, then the office is subject to a fine of 10,000 dirhams. The penalty for violating the recruitment office is that it collects additional fees
In the event that the recruitment office is violated, additional fees will be collected as a form of punishment, If the recruitment office is found to have collected any more sums above those that are specified in line with the laws, rules, and ministerial decisions issued in this respect, the recruitment office will be subject to a punishment of 5,000 dirhams (for each case), as defined by the regulations.
