Customers can access this service through Dubai Municipality's Digital Portal. Upon registration using their UAE Pass account, users gain access to a control panel. By selecting a specific plot of land, users can instantly access vital details such as area names, ownership types, and sitemap issuance dates. Schemes are also downloadable.

Additionally, the portal provides comprehensive information about building permits, including license details, issuance dates, and types, all available for download. Users can easily retrieve completion certificate particulars, such as type, issue date, and application number.
