Dubai airline introduces new daily service to famous Arab destination
Dubai-based carrier flydubai has revealed plans to introduce daily flights to Cairo, Egypt, commencing on October 28, 2023.

In order to meet the rising demand for travel between Dubai and Cairo, a new route has been established to Sphinx International Airport (SPX) in Cairo.
Flydubai will significantly improve its services in the Egyptian market with the introduction of daily flights to Cairo, adding to its current daily operations to Alexandria Borg El Arab International Airport (HBE) to provide a total of 17 weekly flights.
The outbound flight, FZ 191, will depart from Dubai at 11:05 pm and arrive in Cairo at 2:15 am, while the return flight, FZ 192, will depart from Cairo at 3:15 am and land in Dubai at 7:40 am.
Flydubai is offering competitive fares for this route, with Business Class fares starting at Dh5,500 and Economy Class Lite fares from Dh1,250.
Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai, expressed the airline's delight at launching this new route and emphasized their commitment to facilitating trade and tourism between nations. He also extended his gratitude to the authorities for their support in establishing operations at Cairo's Sphinx International Airport.
The Sphinx International Airport is strategically positioned on the highway that connects Cairo and Alexandria, approximately 45 kilometers away from the famous Giza pyramids. flydubai's expansion in its network is expected to enhance travel options and connectivity between Dubai and Cairo, making it more convenient for travelers to access these two vibrant cities.
