An announcement has been made regarding the requirements needed to qualify for free housing in Umm Al Quwain, Rashid Hamad Al Hamar, the Director General of the Foundation, stated that the Foundation has established conditions for the categories of people who are eligible for free housing. These conditions include the following: the applicant must be a citizen of the country, have a family book issued by the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain, have a passport issued by Umm Al Quwain, and not be less than 18 years old. The applicant must have a limited income and must not have previously obtained housing from any other entity, whether it be federal, local, or in any other emirate. It should be noted that the current housing project has been allocated to the people of the Al-Raafa area, and he added.
