The applicant must have a limited income and must not have previously obtained housing from any other entity, whether it be federal, local, or in any other emirate. It should be noted that the current housing project has been allocated to the people of the Al-Raafa area, and he added. The number of family members that can apply is limited to four people, and the applicant must have a limited income.
