To all Esaad cardholders, Du extends a discount of forty percent, In accordance with the terms of a memorandum of cooperation signed between the "Esaad" Card Center at the Dubai Police General Headquarters and "Du", a subsidiary of the Emirates Integrated Telecommunications Company (eitc), "Esaad" card holders would receive a bundle of unique offers given by the company.
