The UAE provides job opportunities during the "Emirates Jobs Vision"

More than 100 of the largest companies seeking to employ talent are participating in the “UAE Jobs Vision” exhibition, which is the most prominent event in the labor market, skills development, and communication, which opens next Tuesday and continues until September 21 at the Dubai World Trade Fair.

The exhibition aims to support major companies to achieve a growth rate in Emiratisation of 2% in skilled jobs before the end of 2023 and to 10% by the end of 2026 and work to achieve Emiratisation goals in the UAE.
Asma Al Sharif, Assistant Vice President for Sustainable Development and Exhibition Management at the Dubai World Trade Center, announced that the “Vision” exhibition aims to help Emirati citizens improve their skills and find suitable job opportunities, and will help the country’s economy grow by its vision and directives. She pointed out that the exhibition provides an opportunity For Emirati citizens to learn more about the vision of the UAE, its directions, skills, and capabilities.

The exhibition provides a pioneering platform that unites employers and young talents to help residents find suitable job opportunities, encourage them to develop professionally, expand their network of contacts, and give them all the support and resources they need, to develop their careers to the highest levels.
The exhibition is scheduled to include several discussion sessions, live performances presented by more than 30 people with inspiring experiences, interactive workshops, and many competitions.
The “Emirates Vision for Jobs” exhibition is distinguished by the availability of the recruitment platform “Tawtajud”, which gives job seekers and those wishing to develop their careers the opportunity to conduct 15-minute interviews with the companies participating in the exhibition to find suitable job opportunities, The exhibition includes the “Together to Empower It” platform, which offers seminars, Panel discussions are presented by a variety of experts and executives who have a greater understanding of the difficulties women face during the job search process, in addition to assistance sessions for women seeking work.
