To engage with this upgraded method, users must first download the UAE Pass app from either the Apple Store or the Google Play Store. The following steps will guide users through the setup process:
1. Digital Identity Activation:
Upon app download, users will be prompted to activate their digital identity account. This involves scanning their Emirates ID, verifying associated data, setting up a personal PIN, and validating the account via facial recognition.
2. Unlocking Streamlined Services:
With the UAE Pass successfully configured, users can seamlessly access services via the app, bypassing the need for usernames and passwords. Additionally, users gain the capability to digitally sign documents and verify data accuracy directly through the app, eliminating the necessity to visit physical service centers.
