Legal Implications
Ras Al Khaimah Police also reminds motorists of the legal implications. According to Ministerial Resolution No. 178 and Item No. 52 of the schedule of violations, fines, and traffic points, failure to maintain a sufficient distance between vehicles results in a fine of Dh400, coupled with the deduction of four traffic points.
