UAE jobs: Sharjah Ruler endorses 220 jobs, 248 scholarships
The hiring of 200 new employees at the Sharjah Electricity, Water and Gas Authority (SEWA) and the creation of 20 new positions within the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA) represents a significant step forward, according to His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah.
Expansion of the Workforce and Opportunities:
As the Sharjah Electricity, Water, and Gas Authority (SEWA) has been given the go-ahead to hire 200 people across a variety of sectors, His Highness Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, the Ruler of Sharjah and Member of the Supreme Council, has authorized the hiring.
Additionally, he has given the go-ahead for the creation of 20 job positions at the Sharjah Broadcasting Authority (SBA), spanning the regions of Sharjah, the Central Region, and the Eastern Region.
Empowering Education with Scholarships:
Furthermore, Sheikh Sultan has granted his official approval for the second wave of postgraduate scholarships for students at the University of Sharjah (UoS), amounting to 248 scholarships for the academic year 2023-2024.
Steadfast Dedication to Progress
This support comes after the Sharjah Ruler already approved the first round of scholarships, which included 264 scholarships. With this most recent choice, there are now significantly more than 512 scholarships available for students from the Emirate of Sharjah.
