Employers, businesspersons, and proprietors of companies and commercial establishments are invited by the Ministry to put forth nominations in three distinct categories: establishments, workers, or business service partners.

This award, meticulously organized by MoHRE, serves to commend private sector entities, applaud visionary entrepreneurs and diligent employees, and spotlight triumphant methodologies within the UAE's labor market.

Celebrating Excellence

Endorsed by the Council of Ministers and backed by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of the Presidential Court, the award lauds pioneering private sector enterprises, acknowledges exceptional laborers, and showcases triumphant initiatives spanning diverse economic sectors across the nation.

Fostering Competitiveness and Welfare

Initiated on June 1, the inaugural edition of the Award, approved by the UAE Cabinet in March, finds its footing under the esteemed patronage of Sheikh Mansour. The award's core objectives encompass heightening the competitiveness of the UAE's labor market, elevating productivity and efficiency, commending exemplary workplace practices, and safeguarding workers' rights while advancing their overall well-being across private sector entities.

Meticulous Criteria

The selection procedure for the award is based on detailed and precise criteria. These cover crucial aspects of the labor market like hiring management, attracting skilled workers, occupational health and safety, adhering to wage standards, creating a quality working environment, being future-ready, being motivated and inspired, producing innovative work, continuing education, and being socially responsible.

Diverse Recognition

Structured into three key segments, the award encompasses:

1. Establishments Category:

Recognizing exceptional entities for their superior management of employment relationships.

2. Workforce Category:

Commending the invaluable workforce that has contributed significantly to the UAE's economic and societal fabric.

3. Business Service Partners Category:

Honoring companies that have played an instrumental role in advancing the labor market's best practices.
